Surface Marine Tank (Shallow Tank)

The ingenious design of the Surface Marine Tank capitalizes on the natural horizon provided by the Mediterranean thus enabling the water, sky and horizon to appear seamless, eliminating the need of a false backdrop. Water overflows the edge of the tank into a spillway giving the illusion of an endless expanse of sea and sky.In this controlled environment directors have placed all sorts of models as well as full-scale ships. The surface tank can be tailored to double for any marine location. Every possible weather condition can be re-created.
