We were like a Hollywood sound stage in the tank with the Mediterranean as our back-drop.

Insert Tank

Within the surface tank exists a permanent insert tank. This allows for filming of underwater sequences from above ground level. Both models and life-size elements can be shot this way. The producers of the award winning Levi's commercial created a moody underwater sequence using the insert tank and the marine stage. Other productions shot in the Insert Tank include Moby Dick (2009), Wickie und die starken Männer (2008), Largo Winch (2007), Rolex (2006) and many more.

The Insert Tank complete with a glassed camera room facilitates underwater filming and creates outstanding opportunities.
